Commissioned by a local developer to obtain planning permission for this residential development utilising two parcels of land, purchased at auction, to create eight one and two bedroom flats and a row of five three bedroom terraced townhouses.

After a swift planning process, the site was sold to a local Housing Association and our appointment was extended working closely with the main contractor, Jenner Contractors Ltd, for the technical design stages under a D+B contract.
