This concept sketch, for which we obtained planning approval, looked to replace a dated bungalow with a striking contemporary four-bedroom residence. The gallery landing was to create a sense of openness and connection, while the rear is dedicated to a vast open-plan kitchen and dining area that seamlessly links to the garden. A separate lounge offers a quieter retreat, complemented by a dedicated home office to support flexible working. Externally, the clean architectural lines, natural timber cladding, and crisp white render give the home a bold yet welcoming presence, blending contemporary design with warmth and functionality.
