We were appointed by our developer client to design and deliver a contemporary two-storey residential building on a prime coastal plot. Following the demolition of the existing dwelling and outbuildings, we created a collection of five luxury flats, including a standout penthouse offering sweeping sea views.

The building combines refined grey brickwork with sleek black metal detailing, creating a modern, elegant aesthetic that complements its coastal setting. Large-format glazing maximises natural light and captures uninterrupted views, while the interior spaces are thoughtfully planned to offer comfort, privacy, and a high standard of finish throughout.
