This project, completed in 2022 and being enjoyed by our client’s family, involved the complete transformation of a dilapidated bungalow into a striking contemporary four-bedroom family home. Through carefully designed extensions and internal alterations, the property was reimagined to maximise space, light, and functionality. Each bedroom benefits from its own en-suite, while the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living area that flows seamlessly onto the exterior, capturing uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Modern materials and finishes were thoughtfully selected to complement the coastal setting, creating a durable, elegant, and energy-efficient home tailored for modern family living.
